Scope: Mail-order sales of Paid Optional Components supplied by Nagori Soft

Seller's legal name, address, and telephone number

Under the proviso to Article 11 of Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, the seller's legal name, address, and telephone number are omitted from this advertisement. At a consumer's request, Nagori Soft will provide an electronic record containing these omitted advertising particulars by email or another appropriate electronic method without delay.

“Without delay” means providing the information with sufficient time for the consumer to review it before deciding whether to submit a purchase application, taking account of the actual sales method and transaction. Request the information before completing a purchase, and do not complete the purchase until you have received and reviewed the response.

“Nagori Soft” is used as a brand or trade name. It is not presented as a substitute for an individual's legal name or a trade name recorded in the commercial register.

Price

  • USD 20.00, tax inclusive, one-time. There is no recurring charge.
  • If Checkout displays a tax-inclusive total in a local or other currency, the amount shown on the final confirmation screen is the amount payable.

Additional charges

  • You bear internet access and communications charges needed for download, purchase, activation, entitlement checks, recovery, device management, and refunds.
  • Your card issuer, bank, currency-conversion service, or another third party may impose its own fees.
  • There is no shipping charge because the product is delivered digitally.

Payment method and timing

  • You may use the payment methods shown in Stripe Managed Payments Checkout.
  • Payment is made when you confirm the purchase. The actual debit date and any installment, deferred-payment, or similar treatment depend on the selected payment method and the terms of the relevant issuer or payment service.
  • Stripe or the designated service identified in Checkout acts as Merchant of Record for the transaction. Its identity and applicable terms are shown in Checkout before final confirmation.

Delivery time

  • After Nagori Soft's server confirms successful payment, it normally issues the License ID and entitlement for the Screen Dos Virtual Display v1 entitlement family immediately.
  • A Checkout success page or redirect alone does not confirm payment or entitlement issuance. If processing takes longer, you can check the status through Purchase Management or purchase support.

Application period, entitlement, and limits

  • If a special application deadline applies, it will be shown on the product page or in Checkout. Otherwise, no special application deadline applies.
  • The purchase grants a perpetual entitlement for Screen Dos major version 1 and compatible maintenance releases. Future major versions and other paid products are not included.
  • You may register up to three devices at the same time. Deactivating a device through Purchase Management frees a slot.
  • No Nagori Soft account or password is required. Your purchase email, License ID, and a short-lived verification code sent by email are used for recovery and management.

Returns, cancellation, and refunds

  • No physical return is available because the product is delivered digitally.
  • Within 14 days after the purchase time, the purchaser may request a full, no-reason refund through self-service Purchase Management.
  • When the refund is completed, the paid entitlement and active device authorizations are revoked. Free Screen Dos remains available, and any remaining period of the original free Trial remains usable.
  • The time for a refund to appear at your financial institution depends on the payment provider and financial institution.
  • This voluntary refund policy does not limit consumer rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

System requirements and conditions of supply

  • Windows 11 x64
  • A compatible Screen Dos release
  • The required production-signed Screen Dos Virtual Display component
  • Windows administrator privileges or UAC approval for installation and virtual-display creation
  • Internet access for purchase, initial activation, Trial start, entitlement refresh, device activation or deactivation, recovery, and refunds

Windows security policy, driver compatibility, or display configuration may prevent use. If Virtual Display is unavailable, ordinary free Screen Dos sharing remains available.

Free Trial

A 14-day free Trial is available without a payment card. The Trial starts only after virtual-display creation, Windows recognition, safe mapping by Screen Dos, and server confirmation by Nagori Soft have all succeeded. Downloading or launching the app, installing the driver, or making an unsuccessful creation request does not start the Trial.
