This Product Schedule supplements the Nagori Soft Paid Optional Component Terms and the Nagori Soft Software License.

1. Product

Base software: Screen Dos, whose normal screen-sharing functionality remains free.
Paid optional component: Screen Dos Virtual Display.
SKU: `screen-dos.virtual-display.v1`.
Function: creates and manages a Windows virtual display that can be selected as a Screen Dos sharing source.

Price: USD 20, one-time payment.
The displayed base consumer price is tax-inclusive. No recurring subscription is charged.
Checkout uses Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe or the service identified at checkout acts as merchant of record for the transaction.

Confirmed payment grants a perpetual entitlement for the Screen Dos Virtual Display v1 entitlement family.
The entitlement covers Screen Dos major version 1 and compatible maintenance releases. It does not include a future major version or another paid product unless expressly stated.
A maximum of 3 devices may be registered at the same time. A device may be deactivated through purchase management to release a slot.
No Nagori Soft account or password is required. Nagori Soft issues a License ID and uses the purchase email plus a short-lived email verification code for recovery and management.

A 14-day free trial is available without a payment card.
The trial begins only after all of the following occur: the virtual display is created; Windows recognizes it; Screen Dos maps it safely; and the Nagori Soft server confirms the trial start.
Downloading or opening Screen Dos, installing the component, or making an unsuccessful creation request does not by itself start the trial.
Starting and refreshing a trial requires internet access. The trial has no local-clock-only start and no offline grace period.

The purchaser may request a full, no-reason, self-service refund within 14 days after the purchase timestamp.
The voluntary refund right is additional to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
A completed refund revokes the paid entitlement and active device authorizations. The free Screen Dos base software remains available, and any separately valid trial state remains available until it expires.

Supported environment: a compatible Screen Dos release on a supported Windows system with the required, production-signed Virtual Display component.
Installation and display creation may require Windows administrator/UAC approval. Windows security policy, driver compatibility, and display configuration may affect availability.
Purchase, first activation, trial start, entitlement refresh, device activation/deactivation, recovery, and refund require access to Nagori Soft services and relevant third-party providers.
A signed receipt stored locally may permit paid use during a temporary service outage. A refund or device-state change may not take effect locally until the next successful online refresh.
Ordinary Screen Dos screen sharing remains available if Virtual Display or commerce services are unavailable.
